"I lost the keys to my 1994 Ford F350 pickup. I live in the country, a 30-minute drive from American Lock Shop. The owner answered and came out on a same-day service. When he got here, he realized he did not have the necessary style of key blank to make the key on-site. He took the door lock out and headed back to his shop. In the meantime, we found the keys. I called and told him and he said he would be back the next day to reinstall the door lock. I thanked him and told him I would rather not inconvenience him further and would bring the truck to him, which I did the following day. I intended to pay him for his time and trouble but he refused, asking me to consider using him next time I needed a service. I will definitely call him for any locksmith needs and I definitely recommend him to anyone else in his service area."
